Erika & Andrew’s Wedding

I had the honor or creating cupcakes and a cake topper for Erika and Andrew’s wedding. When I met with them, they told me they designed their own cupcake display which I was very excited to see. It was just perfect. The Quaker wedding took place on a beautiful lake property in South Hanover.

The cupcake stand was created from a couple of cake pedestals, a large round glass and wine glasses flipped upside down to hold the tiers up.

The cupcake flavors included a custom flavor they requested. A citrus cake with citrus curd filling and mild citrus buttercream frosting. The citrus filling was a combination of lemon and orange curd. It was yummy. The other cupcake flavors were 24 Carrot and Cafe Mocha.

It was a beautiful celebration and such a pleasure to be a part of. Congratulations Erika and Andrew.
